I am Trina Giacomo a certified Emotion Code Practitioner and I am the founder and sole proprietor of Reset Your Emotions. From time to time I may use outside contractors or hire employees to assist with my operations, however, I respect the information you share with me and on my website and will protect it to the best of my ability.

Personal Information

This website only collects personal information when you register an account. Account registration is necessary to book a session and obtain my services as I need a way to contact you. The only personal information my site collects is your name, email address, and phone number that you provide when creating an account. This information is stored until and unless you close your account or request that it be deleted. When a request is received to close an account or delete account information I do my best to handle this request as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for the request to be processed. Upon cancellation or account deletion, all personal information for the account is removed from our active database and backup databases.

I use third party payment processors to process payments through my website, such as Paypal. These third party payment processors require personal information to process your payment. All personal information requested by a third party payment processor is stored and handled solely by the third party payment processor. Reset Your Emotions does not store or retain any of this information. If you would like to request that any information submitted to a third party payment processor be deleted, you must make that request directly to the third party payment processor. Please let us know if you need contact information for the third party payment processor.

Cookies

When you visit my site, there are certain actions that will require the use of cookies. These actions, the cookies that are set, and the length of time the cookies remain are listed below.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

If you make a payment on this website, a unique token will be transmitted to the third party payment processor along with the cost of the transaction. We do not share any personal information with the third party payment processor, you must provide the information requested by the third party payment processor in order to pay for services.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. The personal information is stored indefinitely unless a request is made to delete it, see the Personal Information section above for more details.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
