Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Things happen, I get it. Life never quite goes according to plan, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your session with me, please do so as soon as you can. While I understand schedules change, please understand that this is my livelihood. Given life’s unpredictable nature I’ve tried to be fair in my cancellation and rescheduling policies below.
Cancellations
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and will be subject to the full session fee. However, please see my rescheduling policy below for addtional options.
Rescheduling
Please feel free to reschedule your appointment if necessary using the link in your appointment confirmation email. I allow rescheduling for any reason. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you may do so one time. If a second rescheduling of the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time is needed it will be treated as a cancellation (see policy above) and you will have to book a new appointment.
